Oatly Randos

One-off ideas, outlier content and weird little gems.

Oatly x Barry’s x Bowen

Oatly collabbed with Barry’s Bootcamp to introduce its new Unsweetened oatmilk in Barry’s famous post-workout recovery shakes. There were weekly Oatly-themed classes and a custom Oatly shake I named “That Shake with Oatly In It”. Featured at 40 Barry’s Fuel Bar locations across the U.S., it was formulated with fitness freaks in mind. For the partnership finale—a Barry’s X Oatly Classtacular hosted by a surprise guest—I chose Bowen Yang, who is sort of the opposite of a fitness freak.

Oatly x Pronunciation Manual

Merriam-Webster’s officially adds ‘oat milk’ (two words) to the dictionary as a new entry. Even though ‘oatmilk’ (one word according to Oatly, the inventors of it) had been around years before that. We partnered with YouTube’s infamous Pronunciation Manual channel to help people with either incarnation.
